Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it (unless defective).
  • In the original packaging with all accessories.
  • Accompanied by the proof of purchase (order number or email).
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Hygiene Notice

For hygiene reasons, certain items like the Bio-Collagen Mask and Anti-Wrinkle Patches cannot be returned if the sealed packaging has been opened, unless they are defective upon arrival.

How to Return an Item

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2-3 business days of receipt):

  • We'll send you an email confirmation once your return is processed.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

Need a different item? We offer free exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return window. To request an exchange:

  • Follow the return process above to send back the original item.
  • Place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
  • Alternatively, contact customer service to arrange the exchange directly. We can help ensure you get the right product quickly.

Warranty Claims

All our electronic devices come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. For warranty claims:

  • Please provide your order number and a detailed description (including photos or video if possible) of the issue.
  • Our team will assess the claim and guide you through the repair or replacement process.

International Returns

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  • The 30-day return policy applies from the date of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated duties/taxes.
  • Original shipping fees and import duties/taxes paid are non-refundable.
  • Please contact customer service to obtain the correct international returns address and instructions before shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage/defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping if necessary.
